Proper positioning while sitting down is very crucial to our physical features. And where can you find people who spend eight hours of their day sitting down, but in the office? Sitting down while stressing their brains out too. Comfort and ergonomics play key roles here. It should be that the proper height and posture is ensured. Otherwise, the perils of improper posture can lead to having carpal tunnel syndrome or tendinitis. This dangerous illness can make typing, or even holding something seem impossible.
