Put pictures of your family near your computer screen to remind the comfort of home. Place a landscape painting of a scenic mountain to relive the stress surrounding the room. Lastly, be clean. Disposal bins should be placed under the workstations so that everyone will not have to stand up again and again.
* Air-circulation is very important in the office atmosphere. Researchers have found out traces of mold, bacteria, viruses, carbon monoxide and many other atrocious chemicals in companies that have poor air circulation in their offices. These elements can truly be harmful to anyone’s health. One of the simplest way to prevent the spread bacteria, according to a research done by NASA, is by making use of the common houseplant. Have a plant placed near your office desks to clear the air while also adding a touch of nature to the environment.
