(Office Chairs Sitting Atop China-II) Landmega’s Steady Success
Landmega Furniture Co. Ltd. Is among the credited companies responsible for creating a pedestal for office furnitures in the Chinese Industry. The office furniture industry has been a young but steady-growing business especially in exports.
John Zhang, founder of the Landmega Furniture Company, attributed the company’s steady development in the highly competitive international market. To him, the industry’s ability to satisfy customers in different segments has led the company to upgrade its performance. They even adopted cutting-edge testing instruments to meet strict specifications set by various markets when it comes to materials, accessories and technologies. To meet environmental standards in various nations, the company’s production lines are accordingly equipped for dust-collection, water-content testing, and other environmentally-relevant requirements.
Aside from its in-house R&D team, the company also works with its major clients to develop the patented products tailored for different markets which greatly helps boost the sales volume and security of its end users. A prime example for the company’s marketing efforts is its registration of the Landmega brand in Madrid.
“Quality first, trust first, service first” is Landmega’s main principle. The company has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and each of their employees relays that. Their main goal is not to meet, but to exceed the customers’ expectations all the time. They are happy and proud to be able to say that they are enjoying a very good relationship with their customers.
Landmega looks back at 16 years of dedication and work, when John Zhang and a small team dedicated to the R&D and production of office chairs in a small garage has conceived the birth of the company. After several years, Zhang leased a factory and formally established Landmega in 2001, concentrating its production and sale on office swivel chairs. Subsequently, it began to explore overseas markets. To meet fast growing demands, it built a new factory of 4,200 square meters in 2003. Later, it began to produce PC desks and then sofas in 2006, branching out from office furniture to household furnishings.
