Try calculating projected costs on the space, secretary or receptionist, telephone equipment, office furnitures, copiers, conference rooms, repair and maintenance and so on. This adds up to a huge amount, so be sure to make the right decision in the location of the office. After all, the executive suite is not just for executives, but for people smart enough to save huge amounts in the budget.
